Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All items in our store are made to order, which means we only produce products once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged in shipping
  • The wrong item or size due to a production error

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@hottees.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size
  • Items you no longer want
  • Sale items or gift cards

Processing Refunds

Once your issue is confirmed, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank — processing delays are common

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at {your email}.


Shipping

There is no need to return the item unless we specifically request it. Please do not ship returns to the manufacturer or to our address unless instructed.
